MOSCOW, Jun 29 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer Uralkali has signed an agreement with 11 banks for a U.S. $825 million 5-year pre-export financing, the company said in a statement on Friday.
The interest rate on the loans stands at LIBOR +1.9%.
The funds will be used to refinance current debt and finance current operations.
